Improving capture rates for metal packaging at the kerbside

Following trials in three local authority areas in 2010/11 Alupro has been asked by the funding partners to develop the MetalMatters programme, and this will form a major part of our activity in 2012.

Support for MetalMatters is an effective way for anyone in the business of metal packaging to demonstrate extended Producer Responsiblity, so we are keen to widen the support-base of the programme to include more of the producers and fillers of all types of metal packaging.
